Since 2008, the European Parliament together with the ‘Foundation of the International Charlemagne Prize of Aachen’ have each year been inviting young people from all EU Member States to submit projects run by and for youth showing an active participation in the development of Europe. This year, young people from all the EU member states are invited to participate in this competition on EU development, integration and European identity issues. The application deadline is 28 January 2019.

The Macquarie University Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarship is awarded to recognise academic excellence for international students. This highly competitive scholarship is based on academic merit and awarded to future students of the Macquarie University in Sidney, Australia. This scholarship awards up to AUD $35,000, applied towards tuition fee. The deadline to apply is on 10 November 2018.
The CD-LINKS project is launching a Summer School aimed at providing advanced training for young international scholars on integrated assessment models. The School will be organized in cooperation with the Euro-Mediterranean Center on Climate Change (CMCC) and the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA), and will take place in Venice, at the Palazzo Artigianelli, from 30th June to 6th July 2019.
