Today, the Internet is the foundation of every communication, learning process, or business. Every other inhabitant of the planet is an active internet user. Since its appearance in the second half of the twentieth century, this virtuous medium has brought many positive – but also many negative – effects. Do you feel nervous when there is no Internet available so you cannot access Instagram or send an email or watch a favorite movie or series?
