The Friendliest Dog Breeds

Dog is man's best friend, as many will agree. The variability comes only when choosing a specific breed of dog. Large or small, active or calm...these are variables dog owners have to choose according to their individual needs and possibilities. But respecting the friendliest dogs, there are breeds that meet this expectation without exception.

Founded by the earliest British settlers in what they named as New England is historically best known for the Boston Tea Party when tea shipped by the British East India Company was to be sold without taxes in the U.S. This led to protests by the local settlers who would have lost their own tea business due to being rendered uncompetitive. They decided to raid the ship carrying the tea and dump it into the sea. The protest led to the revolution that eventually set the U.S. free from British colonisation.

Not just another middle eastern country to visit. While the country was established based on the UN resolution of 1947 to divide the state of Palestine for the formation of Israel, the country has grown to be one of the most powerful in the world, militarily, economically and technologically.

Life In Black And White

While colour is the order of the day, black and white photos hold their own place and preference with many and have an exaggerated, dramatic quality about them due to the contrast they create. They also appear to have more of a personal atmosphere compared with colour photographs depending upon the photographer, the use of light, people and the objects.

Adventures on Mountain Roads

While travelling in Uganda, I got into a situation where I really thought that the end was at hand. The road narrowed steadily, hand in hand with the declining quality of the surface, until we reached a point where there was no way even to call it a path. The car precisely fit the width of the path, leaving the minimum leeway to avoid falling off the cliff on one side and scraping the car against the rocks on the other. To add the imaginary icing on top of the cake, the entire stretch was covered with mud, and the fact that we had a 4WD vehicle didn´t help is as much as would have been desired.
